I hate the fact that my computer hasn’t been working for over a week, two if we count the previous week I spent trying to get rid of the spyware and trojans. And I hate that my site hasn’t been working for the last 10 minutes when I’m trying to fix the join form on my John Lennon fanlisting. Which is no longer approved by TFL but oh well. I’ve just got so much other shit going on right now, it’s not really a big thing. Oooh now the site’s working again. Stupid thing…

And now I can look forward to upgrading Wordpress and Enthusiast again when my computer is working. Joy.

It’s been less than 24 hours since Wordpress 2.0.6 was released and I’ve upgrade! Shocking isn’t it? And it was so easy! Since I got my mood and song stuff fixed up using a couple plugins earlier it was eazy-peazy to upgrade. Woo!

I’m finally upgrading Enthusiast 3.0 to 3.1 and switching my fanbase-ish code list to PHP Codesort. It’s a bit slow going simply because it’s repetitive and I’m getting bored out of my mind. I’m only halfway done but it’s almost midnight so screw it! It can wait til tomorrow. I realize that several fansites, no matter their small size, need a new look. Namely, Sunday Feast and One. Foxey, Muppet Love, and Permission Granted need one too but not as badly. I still like all the other layouts too much to change them

Since I had previously tweaked wordpress for the mood image, song, and recently list it’s always a pain to upgrade WP. Well I’ve found two lovely plugins that can manage the custom fields for moods and songs. I’m currently trying to get it to format properly. And I need to start on my Secret Santa. I’m so excited! But I really need to take a break and eat something…

I’m posting ‘cuz it’s been real fun upgrading to Wordpress 2.0.1 or whatever it is now. This yogurt is totally hitting the spot. I’ve basically been eating cheerios, lindt chocolate, and chocolate chocolate chip muffins for the last week and a half since my car was smoking. And now I got to go grocery shopping yesterday.

I think I’m about finished with a new layout in Adobe but I probably won’t get to coding it until next week. Kinda simpler than the last two layouts, winterish blue, and personal. Shocking. Since my car is working again I need to get my butt back the gym and figure out a better food plan. But I don’t think I’ll go tomorrow… I’m gonna sleep in as late as possible. G’night!
