I’ve finished converting my smallest fls. I’ve got the coding more or less done on Discworld but need to re-enter people. Next I’ll be finishing RS.org, One, Foxtrot, Muppets, and Discworld in that order. However, I have a “Who Am I” paper to write for Speech 120 tomorrow evening so I probably won’t finish those fanlistings until Tuesday… So much to do.

Kim is letting me adopt the Joe Madureira fanlisting who’s only the best comic book artist ever thank you. Ahh he makes me miss American comics. He makes me miss Uncanny X-Men and Deadpool back when they were good.

And I think I’ve been approved for the fanlistings for the movies Sideways and Two of Us(why hasn’t that arrived in my mail?!) but I have yet to receive any emails. Once I finish my conversion I’ll email the staffer. I’ve got too much on my plate at the moment. Oh crap I’ve also gotta clean my room and car so I can find my zip disk from last semester and put my art portfolio online! By Tuesday night! Ok, so the fanlistings might have to wait ’til Wednesday when I only have a measly hour and a half taken by school and no work…

I’m sorta kinda getting there. It’s much easier to work with the smaller fanlistings, it takes only a little to convert. Oh boy do I need to do a couple new layouts and add some extras. My fls need a day at the spa as much as I do. I keep wondering if I got those movie fls or not since my email just isn’t telling me anything. *sigh* Beddy bye time.

I’m still converting my fanlistings to Enthusiast 3. I’m reworking all the coding, making sure it’s what I want, but I am very very behind. So far I’m working through re-adding members to the Discworld fl, so pretty much all my fanlistings are wonky right now. I apologize for the inconvenience but they won’t all be ready until Saturday or Sunday. I am dead tired and I need sleep right now so more working on it tomorrow.

I’m currently converting my joined and owned fanlistings to Enthusiast3 but it’ll be slow going as I’m modifying it as I go along. So please bear with me as anything fanlisting related will look wonky.

A quick thing on fanlistings, yesterday I got my first member of the The Network fl, and today it was my first member for Louis XIV. Weeee!!! I have been on a fanlisting craze the last 2-3 weeks and I really need to slow down. I’m working on some new mood icons which will be featuring Jon Stewart. He always improves my mood ^_^

I don’t like the way Enthusiast shows the members list and in case any of my fls get to big I’ll need a member search thing on the site so it looks like I’ll have to tweak it. Oi.

I need some better Discworld images to work with… Wow! I have a really cool Librarian one! Gorgeous.

It’s nice to know that I shouldn’t have bothered sending a second email inquiring over a fanlisting as the girl was too rude to send out rejection emails or close/update the adoption thread. I could’ve saved myself a week’s stress if I had seen the post from the girl who got it sooner. Thanks a bloody lot.

My day was going splendidly before that however. It’s gorgeous out, I’m very ready for spring and summer. Rain is nice and all, but I vastly prefer the storms of the desert where you see shapely dark clouds coming miles away, with thunder and lightning and then they’re gone within a couple days, to the boring pale gray skies that last for many days at a time. I love rain clouds in the sky but only when there’s form to them, different shades so you see distinct cloud shapes rather than one shade across the sky (which is very boring).

I dropped my American Government 2 class(MW) earlier today as I went yesterday and found 50% of the material will be the same thing as AG1. Since I don’t need the class and I do have many classes I do need for my GE transfer requirement, I signed up for Speech 120, interpersonal communication or some crap. At least it’s not public speaking.

And today I went to Philosophy of Religion and Conceptual Physics and I’m very excited. The Phil class was in an actual lecture room, I didn’t even know our community college had those. The teacher was super nice and sweet and seems like she’ll provide extensive and in-depth lectures. She uses big words I’m not quite always positive what they mean @_@ And my Physics class was a very tiny room with six big tables, close together, and the teacher was very friendly. He has a very enthusiastic love of Physics and proceeded to tell us his college experience and career background. I started reading the Physics book last week and it’s fascinating. So I expect these will be really tough classes but interesting enough I’ll actually do the homework. Which is a lot of reading, yay!

Book of the Month Club is evil. Today was the first day of school and I need to change the Monday/Wednesday class because half of it will be the same as last semester and I’d really feel like I’m wasting time and money if I do it. So tomorrow morning I’ll check of English 120 is open at that time (which I’m sure it’s not) and if not I’ll take the damn Speech class ‘cuz it fulfills my GE requirement. At least it’s not public speaking, ick.

In other news I won’t ever get to detailing my account of the week of Dec 16 ‘cuz it was too long ago and I don’t wanna think about it. I did get some lovely stuff for Christmas though it was as hectic as can be.

Ahhhhh!! Terry Pratchett will have 4 new books out this year. Well, probably 4, maaaybe only 3 (one was actually supposed to come out last September). I’m going to spend the day doing some web stuff. I think I’ll convert my fanlistings to Enthusiast, it looks easier than what I currently use especially with multiple approving and automatic member updates. Mmm. I need some new icons also, something other than Johnny Depp (I had a dream with him in it the other night @_@) but I don’t know what yet. And I’ll work on a new look for the Discworld fanlisting, some skins.

I’ve been on a fanlistings craze too. I just feel ready to play with them and give them some love. I’m quite pleased that the Pixies and the A Perfect Circle fanlistings look much better than before, the APC fanlisting was in desperate need of fixing up especially the members list. Glad I don’t have to be annoyed with the owners anymore. Ah well, more later, really.
