Web Design History
A bit of info here. In the spring of 2000 I joined a Yahoo! Club called Goddess of Love and Beauty which was for Sailor Venus fans. Shortly after Kasey and Chiyo(Liana) made me a founder and we worked on creating an online newsletter and having nice club pictures. So by October I was getting a bit of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Paintshop Pro. We got an account with Envy.nu but we were too lazy to ever get the newsletter anywhere. We did a lot of things for club activity, contests and such, and by 2001 the website looked really good, Chiyo's graphic skills were a lot better than mine at the time, but the site only had info about the rpg and contests. By August we bought a domain name and I'm basically giving you my history with Moonflower but it's relevant! My html and graphic making skills developed from Golab and Moonflower.
I purchased BlondeTiger.net for myself on November 27 2001 and put it online late December. Why the name? Tigers are my favorite animal, I own lots of tiger stuff, my nickname is tyger, and since I'm blonde, white tigers are the blondies of the bunch, and "whitetiger" was taken, do you need to know more? It had to be tigers or beatles related and well, every beatles-related domain known to man has been taken.
I've been through a few different hosts, Doteasy.com, Dreamhost.com, Cyberpixels.com. I've settled with a reseller plan at Netrillium and am fairly pleased with it. Ermina is always good about responding to any problems or inquiries.
I've gone through having blogs and awards and other stuff on the site. For awhile there I thought about having my blog and personal info on a different site but then what would be left here if it's not about me, me, me? ^.^ I've gone back to using skins as I like choices.
