Here's what I know about the band most of which I didn't find out from their website.
Three members of a group called Convoy (some sort of mix music maybe?) decided to do a side project titled Louis XIV. It was to be "garage band" music about a guy who believes he's as wonderful as Louis XIV. Their first radio single was "Finding Out True Love is Blind" found only on their Pink EP. They also have a blue EP and a self-titled album available.
I find their music funny, sexy, and downright rocking. I'm horrible at describing or recommending music so you'd just have to find out for yourself what you think by visiting their website louisxiv.net.
